Description
We used Dustin at Hauck Architecture to design our brewery meeting all the requirements for the local and county codes. Our plans were submitted to the Plumbing Department, the county food safety program and the local municipality. In fact the local inspector stated that our architect was very clever in design that met all the requirements. The design passed the first time.

Overall Experience
The overall experience was positive. Dustin answered our questions through the submission and build out process. He and his staff responded in a timely manner throughout the entire process.

Description
Hauck was instrumental in the design and construction of the CoLab in Vista which incorporates a 10 barrel brewhouse with all the bells and whistles, 3 tasting rooms, a restaurant and a winery. They did a great job and were true professionals.

Overall Experience
Awesome to work with. They are very experienced and knew how to solve problems and get things done. I would 100% recommend them!
